What Is Your INR Target For Regional Blocks (i.e., AXB, ISB, FNB)??

We often care for patients that require some sort of a regional block, OTHER than spinal/epidural, with an INR that is not "normal"/elevated . . . .  Would you proceed, as in this example, with AXB with an elevated INR of 1.3 . . . given that you can apply compression?  Link:http://boards.medscape.com/forums?128@@.2a342d57!comment=1
