Exposed to unruly colleagues/partners . . . one would think as adults/physicians, awarded the highest level of diplomacy within our specialty that our childhood years of pranks would be far in the past . . . but, oh, no! How do you manage these colleagues, as they may still be some of the best clinicians within your department?
